Minetest is a computer game based on Minecraft, Infiniminer, and others. It's licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 2.1, with artwork generally covered by Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 3.0.
There are two major parts to the system, the first being a core engine written in C++, the second being a modding API that exposes useful functions to a Lua environment.
