Template for making a clickable link to an IRC channel on irc.freenode.net.

Syntax: {{Irc|channel-name|webchat}}

channel-name: Full name of channel
hide-webchat: Optional argument. If “no”, webchat link is hidden. Webchat is not hidden by default
